Trinity Wellness CIC proudly supported Knowsley Council’s Be the Change initiative — a vital programme created in response to the tragic murder of Ashley Dale. The project empowers women and girls across the borough to understand the risks of serious and organised crime, while promoting healthier, safer choices.
We focused on delivering tailored wellness sessions for new and expectant mothers in Kirkby, creating a safe, supportive space to boost mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing. Sessions encouraged connection, reflection, and informed decision-making, while promoting access to support services.
Julie Dale, Ashley’s mother, was instrumental in driving the initiative forward. By sharing Ashley’s story, she brought raw honesty and urgency to the programme, inspiring engagement and reinforcing the need for early intervention.
