At Trinity Wellness, our mission is to support and empower women and girls to enhance their mental, physical, and emotional health. We believe in creating a supportive community where everyone can thrive and achieve their wellness goals.
At Trinity Wellness CIC, we believe every woman deserves the opportunity to feel strong, empowered, and supported—mentally, physically and emotionally.
Founded by three women with very different professional backgrounds but a shared passion for creating change, Trinity Wellness exists to provide a safe, welcoming space for women and girls to prioritise their wellbeing. We offer inclusive fitness, emotional support, and mindset tools that help build confidence, self-worth and resilience—especially in communities where these resources are often hard to access.
Meet the Founders
Lauren Ruane
After 16 years as a uniformed Police Officer and Detective Constable with Merseyside Police, Lauren retrained as a fully qualified Pre & Post-Natal Fitness Instructor. She leads the physical wellbeing side of our work, helping women reconnect with their bodies through movement, strength training, and menstrual cycle awareness. Her focus is on making fitness fun, accessible and empowering for all women.
Amy Shillcock
With a background as a senior Recruitment Manager, Amy now specialises in emotional wellbeing as an accredited Meditation and Mindfulness teacher. She facilitates our relaxation, mindfulness, and menstrual cycle awareness sessions—helping women reduce anxiety and stress, feel more grounded, and develop self-care tools they can use every day.
Angela Spencer
Formerly Head of Culture in a large organisation, Angela is an accredited Mindset Coach specialising in female empowerment. She leads our resilience and confidence-building sessions, supporting women and girls to recognise their worth, challenge negative self-talk, and make positive, informed decisions about their lives.
